Former Queens Park Rangers striker Charlie Austin joined a group of dedicated fans to complete the UK Three Peaks Challenge, successfully raising more than £22,000 for the QPR in the Community Trust.

The determined climbers, including superfans Ben and Millie White, ascended Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon on 10 & 11 October. The funds raised will support the trust's community initiatives for children, young people, and families in need across west London.
Despite challenging weather conditions, most of the participants completed all three peaks within the strict 24-hour timeframe. Charlie Austin and his wife Bianca joined the final ascent after experiencing travel delays and illness.

"The weather conditions, as you can imagine, were not very good."

Justin Stone from the QPR in the Community Trust team also participated, sustaining a minor Achilles injury during the challenge. The idea for the climb originated with Charlie and Bianca Austin, with regular Loftus Road fans embracing the initiative.
"QPR means so much to our family," said Ben White, whose fundraising page remains active. "But what is less well known is how much the club does away from football through the trust."
